A very special highlight among the homebrew projects comes from Wolfgang Grauvogl, known in the pinball market forum as “fussraster”. With a great deal of passion and technical know-how, he is building his own pinball machine – and on an impressive basis: the classic Bally pinball machine “The Black Rose” is being turned into a completely redesigned pinball machine in the style of the cult film “The Rocky Horror Picture Show”.

From the design of the playing field to the sound, lighting and programming, the theme is implemented consistently and with great attention to detail. Wolfgang uses modern technology, his own software solutions and creative ideas to create a unique gaming experience – entirely in the spirit of the homebrew community, which lives innovation and individuality in pinball construction.

Wolfgang Grauvogl plans to present his “Rocky Horror Picture Show” pinball machine to the public at the European Pinball Championship 2025 in Vöcklabruck. In addition to exhibiting the machine, he will also give a talk about the creation, challenges and technical background of his project.
